For a long time I moved through life feeling disconnected — numb, confused, or slightly outside my own experience.
I wanted to feel more present and real, but I didn’t know how.
Therapy gave me a place where I could slow down enough to meet myself again.
That is what eventually drew me into this work.
My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, relational work and a grounded, present-moment way of paying attention
This means we focus on:
I’m not here to diagnose you from a distance. I’m here to meet you in a real way, notice what’s happening between us and stay with your experience so you don’t have to do it alone.
Many people come to me when they’re dealing with things like:
You don’t need to have the right words yet — we can find them together.
I became a therapist because I’ve lived through my own disconnect — the confusion, the numbness, the sense of being apart from my own life. Therapy gave me space to slow down and meet what was really happening inside me.
That kind of contact helped me show up in my life again — and that’s the work I try to offer now.
Reaching out might feel strange at first. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected, unsure or sensing that something needs to shift. A free 20-minute conversation gives us a chance to talk and see if this space fits.
